As Kit proved early on to be an efficient and effective member of the team, I was happy to give him extra responsibilities such as leading activities and excursions, rather than just assisting. Kit showed a range of organisational skills to produce the best outcomes on tasks.

Kit was able to build fantastic rapport with his co-workers and with the students under his guardianship. He remained professional at all times when dealing with customers. Perhaps the best compliment I can pay him is that he was sorely missed when his contract came to an end.
